I brought them an Epson 9600 with one issue...Some...

I brought them an Epson 9600 with one issue...Some horizontal banding. I had a brand new Epson print head from before they were discontinued.to replace the one on it. They put it on and said it was dead...They put the old one back on and now it did not work either. They said it was the Knuckles which I provided and they replaced them....Shortly after that i called again and Keri the manger said it was working and just needed to be calibrated with windows 98. They kept my printer 6 weeks ...spent 10 brand new 220 ml Epson ink cartridges and 9 maintenance tanks...cost me $1200.00.I called them Wednesday 5/31/17 and the lady said he had air in the line and it would possibly be done that day or the next morning if he could get the air out...She said she had no idea why Keri told me it just needed to be calibrated....They will not let me speak to Peter the tech on the phone.....And now today 6/2/2017 say they cant fix it ...and come pick it up...I asked to talk to Peter the tech and she refused to let me. She said you can only talk to him when you come pick it up.They are total liars and extremely rude about it...They don't care at all...Keri wont talk to me....and im thinking about filing a claim.....Stay far away from this place.....
