USE SOMEONE ELSE!! if I could give negative stars I would! My water heater was leaking, I called and was quoted 1k to replace with identical model. Next morning a servicemen was sitting in my drive for over an hour, waiting for a second truck to arrive with the new water heater. It took 3 guys another hour to install the new one. They were told to leave the old one, but they stole it. I was sent a bill for $1900, and it wasnt itemized. So I have no idea how much I am paying someone to sit in my driveway because they didnt come prepared. I spoke with Kevin about making payments, and it was "all okay", but a week after the conversation they filed a lien on me. ontop of it being during a pandemic, with people being out of work, struggling and agreeing to make payment. How shameful and unprofessional. Now I cant even get a return phone call. EVERYONE be wary.
