After requesting a quote to transplant 3 small trees, receiving the quote, agreeing to the amount and paying a 50% deposit plus waiting 4 months for the work to be scheduled as we were told that the fall was the best time to transplant, we were asked to reschedule to the spring. Without any explanation or discussion as to why this suddenly changed.
I have used Ringers services quite a bit over the past 10 years and recently they have grown and the service has become terrible

I would never recommend their service as I once would have a few years back.

Very disappointed.

UPDATE: after following up with Ringers Landscape, the transplant of 3 trees was rescheduled to this week. Ringers on-site workers are professional and always do a great job. They moved all 3 trees as requested and ensured the grounds for removal and transplanted spot was cleaned, holes filled, landscape leveled as if the removal spots never existed. I would highly recommend Ringers work and their onsite staff does an amazing job to ensure you are completely satisfied
