Really unprofessional company

Met Jordan the first pest controller who put baits down. I made it very clear the mouse was spotted upstairs and the cupboard in my 6 year olds bedroom was smelling musty.

No traps were left upstairs even though we made it very clear where the mice were coming from and that we had moved out

Jose much more experienced came out and basically had to repeat the whole job while proofing.

The traps and bait were put down so inadequantely that the job was needed to be repeated as no bait was taken and placed in the wrong place.

Now we have proofing with the mice still alive in our house.

Returned home today to find still all holes not filled on the way to b and q to buy more filler.

These people are cow boys.

The owner Daniel lives in Spain and employs inexperienced staff (bar Jose)

To be honest this is not jordons fault this is the lack of education and professonalism of the management of this company allowing employees to work without full training will be reporting company to trading standards
