Super friendly reception staff, full of advice and tips for visiting Venice and its surroundings.
Ideally placed for easy navigation to Venice without having to worry about parking, timetables and more.
Noise: there are (very big) boats passing by, but it is much more bearable than a road. And it makes children happy ... so very reasonable noise.
Sanitary: don't be fooled and go to new buildings rather than old sanitary facilities. It's perfect.
Shade: full of large trees when you're not right next to the water (more expensive pitches that aren't necessarily worth it)
Free seating, with the few tourists at the moment, we have beautiful spaces.
Restaurant: between the staff forgetting the mask (yes, it's hot ...) and forgetting certain ingredients, I would say ... average, hence the 4/5.
Swimming pool: large enough, pleasant.
Sufficient depth for swimmers, deep, but not too deep, for children learning to swim.
Warning: mosquitoes! They are aggressive at the end of the day (6-9 p.m.) and almost absent the rest of the time.
