Very poor and apathetic customer service!! When the sales lady came to our place, she was advertising that the pest control service would cover everything indoor; however, when we signed up for the service, it turned out that they don't cover many pests; such as, mosquitos, fleas, etc. There are separate charges on those service and does not include in the regular pest control service. Mosquito service is not even provided all year around. So that's a wrong fraudulent advertisement.
Secondly, The technicians are not well experienced or knowledge on the safeguards on services. Both times, when we call the customer service to schedule for appointment, different technicians came in; one stated, the child can not be presented during services; and second one stated, it's fine if the child is around, so I was very worried about my kids being around while they are doing the service. We were misinformed and there wasn't any consistency from their technicians.
Additionally, when we call the customer service to report this type of service, the manager was rude and wouldn't even listen or help us. She directly kick us out of their service even we had already paid them monthly fees ahead of time. A VERY VERY APATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would not refer them to anyone.
