My husband and I are extremely pleased that we decided to go to with Fowles Auctions and Sales. Customer service has been exceptional from Travis when it came to picking out our carpet. He was able to give the right advice based on what we were looking for, responses to emails were quick and he always returned my calls. We needed our carpets completed before the Christmas holidays and he made it happen for us with Tim installing them. I should remember to mention Patrick who came to check on the measurements and he was so courteous and polite, and my husband and I liked the professionalism. Tim did a fantastic and clean job with the removal of the old carpet and installation of the new one. It is so comfortable and we love our new carpets. Tim was there on time, bright and early and he finished it in no time at all. We also decided to get floorboards for our lounge, and Travis was wonderful again. We would definitely recommended Fowles and would use them again in the future. We went to so many other retailers but none were as good as Fowles. Thanks again and if you re wondering whether to use them, don t think twice!
