My wife and I went to Conicelli to compare the Pilot to the Hynudai Santa Fe that we had just reviewed across the street. Genia C was our sales rep. Immediately after we sat down she made us feel completely uncomfortable. We requested to drive one specific Pilot that we had picked out, and she came back to tell us that it had some "lot damage" and we needed to drive another that she had selected herself. No further explanation was given. After the test drive I asked if she could provide a rough estimate of monthly payment. She said it would be too much work. At this point my wife and I want to get out of this place, so we explain that our minds were not made up and we needed to look at the Santa Fe one more time. She proceeded to send in her manager, Anthony B, who proved to be both incompetent and completely rude. He cornered us and tried his hardest to describe all the faults of the Santa Fe (ineffectively). I am an engineer, and I know cars. I asked him some very specific questions about the 2 vehicles and all he could come back with was " the Pilot is just better because of resale value". This guy is a complete failure as a salesman, manager, and in human interaction in general. Needless to say, we left and bought the Santa Fe.
