NorthStar's customer service is horrible. They overbilled my insurance and refuse to respond to letters from UHC who found the error.

The amount they owe me is almost $600 and they appear to be content to keep it. My daughter went to an in-network hospital in Michigan for emergency services and I was billed at the higher out-of-network rate wrongly for both the doctor and CNA.

This has dragged out for a year and a half...I guess I'll have to get an attorney, but dealing with them has cost me many phone calls and multiple hours on the phone.
