Chris came out on time and did a great walkthru of both what needed to be done and what kind of options I had. He was also open and honest about what did NOT need to be done. The crew that came out was friendly and seemed very energetic (no slacking about that we saw). Only thing I would recommend is if they took before and after photos, since I am rarely down in the crawlspace or up in the attic.
