I'm big on Manhattan cocktails. This is one of the best I've had in LA, next to Gwen's rendition. Uses Old Fortester-- tried and true.

The scallop and bone marrow dishes are fantastic. Excellent plating. Wonderful textural element of crispy rice and charcoal ash on the buttery marrow. Very fresh gem lettuce salad.

The honeycomb ice cream is perfect; you can order a quart to go if you give the restaurant a day's notice. The creme fraiche on the chocolate tarte was delicious.
