A good resort to stay at but I've had much better in Mexico. The food was above average, as were the activities and entertainment. The staff were friendly and always ready to answer "excellente!" whenever you asked how they were doing. The restaurants had good ambiance but the service was slow and it was always difficult to get a table for a large group. The drinks were inconsistent and almost never made correctly (too strong, too weak, or just plain wrong), one evening the staff were arguing about who would serve us. Buffet staff were slow to serve coffee and drinks.
