Visited this Restaurant back in 2019. We were staying in a nearby hotel and got to know that this is one of the best restaurants in town from the hotel front desk. We visited the hotel without a reservation on Day1 and were flatly denied as the restaurant was already full. We tried reserving the next day but the restaurant was fully reserved by then.So, we wanted to try our luck and visited right when the restaurant opened and the owner realizing that it was our last day in Bologna and that we so badly wanted to dine-in in the restaurant made an exception and accommodated us by giving a time slot so as to not affect the other customers who had a reservation for that table. I would like to thank the owner (whose name I don't remember anymore) for letting us dine in his amazing restaurant.

Regarding the food, the food was exceptional. Especially the desert that at the end was the best desert I ever had across all the countries I have visited.
