Customer support does not exist. I tried to make a reservation using a company credit card I have used successfully many times before. The reservation never went through successfully online, but I was charged 4 times. Now I have 4 pending charges for 1 unsuccessful reservation. I called up and got someone from the Philippines and she could not help me. Why am I not speaking with someone in the USA? They told me my credit card info was not correct. Really? The charge went through as "pending" 4 times. It showed up on my transactions immediately. How does THAT no qualify as going through? Their online and phone support stink. I travel frequently to NYC. I will not try to use this service again. If their website and customer support is iffy, how on Earth can I expect them to pick me up on time.
