I just had the BEST experience with Carmel. They offered me a reward to post this review, but I was going to do it anyway. I needed a ride for me and my pets to JFK American Airlines pet cargo, (which I do not recommend - at all BTW). But my driver went above and beyond for me, through the many troubles American Airlines put me through today. My driver was right there to get me where I was ultimately supposed to be, and was very pleasant throughout the entire journey today. He was right on time, the car was very nice and he was awesome. He didn't want me to give his name for personal recognition, but I thank him just the same. Although I never want anything to do with AA ever again in my life, I will surely hire Carmel again.
