We purchased 2 ADSL lines and their phone system for our new clinic.

We were told the estimated speed of the lines (16Mb down and 1Mb up) and based on the speed we were getting at the previous clinic I thought 1 line for the phone system and 1 line for data would be enough.

We have now had the system in place for about 6 months and we've had nothing but problems. The phone system seems stable enough but the data line drops consistently at busy periods. We were advised it's because our data requirements are heavier than the line can handle. We have lost a lot of money when we can't take payments through the till which we have now had to switch to the phone DSL line.

The two lines are simply not able to deliver for the system we need and whilst this isn't really the fault of T2's systems, I feel like we have been sold a system that would never have worked based on our requirements.

We have been back and forward with support and management but the response is simply you're trying to use too much data. When asking about upgrades to bonded lines or leased lines the response is "we dont do that". When asking if we can cancel and move their phone system to another providers leased line the response is "you've signed a 36 month contract, theres nothing we can do".

So in essence I guess T2 might have a good phone system, but they can't give decent advice about connectivity. They only do DSL and nothing else and they are not pro active about solving my network problem at all.

They're basically happy to sit back and bill us for a line that is completely useless for anything more than 1 device connected. Pretty poor customer service.

I fully expect their response to this review will be something like "We told you the line speed before you signed up so there's nothing we can do" but when chatting to other providers now, they ask me what devises and uses we need it for and then try and sell us the correct product.
