I have had a wonderful experience with Carolina Active Health Chiropractic. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Michael Nelson has been able to pinpoint my exact needs to keep me feeling great and injury free as a long distance runner with high mileage. He has helped me work through lots of aches, pains, and areas of tightness. As an athlete, I would highly recommend this team!
