This was the most streamlined process we have ever been through. There was never.."Oh, we just need these 10 more things" once we were asked for documentation. When we were told "You can expect a call or an email on this date," the call came through as promised. Both Glen and Denise were very personable and easy to work with. They truly seemed to care about making this experience a positive one. I will definitely share my experience with my friends.
