Very good sales service when buying my new bike.
Quality of delivery preparation was poor (glass and greasy mirror, paper delivery protectors still in place, gunk in the wheel nuts, etc.) Not the expected caliber of a BMW representative.
I love my new bike. I only hope that my initial experience is not the norm at the service depot. To be continued ...
