We had paid 7 nights, of which we spent 6 nights at the hotel, and the 7th was scheduled for our departure. In fact, we did not have one breakfast left. At the same time, on the day of arrival, they refused to feed us with breakfast, and the girl the hotel guide simply spread her hands and said that she could not do anything.
Same thing with dinner on the last day. The bus was late for 20 minutes, they refused to feed us with dinner, citing a lack of time, although 20 + 15 (the time that has passed since the start of dinner) would have been enough for a light snack.
However, it is worth noting that the hotel guide took care of lunch boxes on the road
The transfer from the airport was organized somewhat clumsily - several people got into the wrong bus, and we lost almost 40 minutes to clarify the circumstances.
When transferring back, the bus did not stop at our hotel, but a car was sent for us, which brought us to the highway. The bus, however, drove with us (!) Past our (!) Hotel. Strange.
