Excellent service and experience from first contact and ongoing with monitoring our alarm. The staff at SafeTech put together a comprehensive package for our system and installed our alarm so that it effective yet discrete in our home.
When we have accidentally set of our alarm we receive a call almost immediately checking on our well being. This is especially impressive as they even call after we put in our cancel code - I so appreciate how they look out for us!
The aftercare customer service is wonderful. My emails are answered very quickly and phone calls are to live people who have helped with all questions I have had. I do not hesitate to recommend SafeTech!!!
