Received a voucher prior to lockdown. Due to restrictions, was only able to complete my online order this past week but had misplaced voucher code and assumed it had expired. Sent email to support and was promised a response within a few days.
Katlego Shokoana Mathabatha responded with my voucher code as well as explicit instructions on how to go about placing my order and applying code. Great customer service!
