We went for a quick bite on a week night, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Very nice tapas menu with a lot of variety. I did not see a ton of vegetarian options, but I guess that's representative of the cuisine. There were still a couple to choose from, so you won't starve, but it definitely won't be the full experience :)
We did not get a chance to try any of the cocktails, however, the selection, ingredients, and combinations looked absolutely wonderful. We will certainly be going back for this. The wine list was quite long, with a good bit of varieties. My only suggestion here would be to add Aussie or South African options, to be a fully global wine bar.
As far as food goes, we probably ordered about 6 tapas, and none of them disappointed. I prefer much spicier and saltier flavours, so this was a little on the bland side for me, however one of the tapas came with hot sauce I gladly put all over every other dish. I was slightly disappointed only in the Braised Pork Cheeks because of how sweet it was - but that's a personal preference; the flavours were great, if you don't mind the sweetness! Crabcake was also a little underwhelming on the size of serving for $16.
The GM and our bartender/server were both very attentive and available, without being overwhelming. The restaurant had a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
I am looking forward to going back and enjoying the full menu, wine and cocktails included!
