I Very disappointed with the spa day I had booked with my sister as a treat. We were shown and left in the breakfast room not much breakfast, yogurt, fruit and hard bagels which was poor - we then had to explore and find the spa on our own not easy as it s a maze, which is how the staff described it and walked off and left it. Staff just point in the general direction and walk away.

Quite frankly the plunge pool, jacuzzi area was so small and crowded I could not believe it. No loungers just uptight chairs in a row in a conservatory type area, absolutely no space or privacy. The large pool is Long and very narrow for doing lengths, very tired, plain and unimaginative again no seating or loungers, very bright you need sunglasses. so forget about chilling.
