I am shocked that as a public office no one answers your telephone during business hours. I have left messages, no answer. I went through your voicemail tree and was disconnected three times when I selected the option to speak with a live person. On my forth try it went through and rang for over 11 minutes with no answer. This is the telephone number listed on your pleadings. Written correspondence has been ignored as well. Common courtesy demands better. How do you deal with crime victims and witnesses who call your office? I hope they fair better than attorneys.
