On a scale of one to ten, our experience with Meridian Home Mortage would be rated a six. We felt there was information that the underwriter requested was not relevant to us being approved for the loan. There was information that was requested to be emailed, scanned or faxed. For whatever reason, during the loan process, that same information was requested again. Other than that frustration, the professionalism of the team, and the ease of being able communicate via telephone or email was commendable.
