As a first time buyer My wife and I were rushed through our closing process back in December. I know I felt like I should be asking questions and I did try. Each time I was dismissed by our closing attorney. I know the market is busy right now but I have never been treated so poorly during my home buying process. We were given 20 minutes to sign everything and we were rush out of the room as our sellers were ushered in. As we all went to exchange keys and info (in the hallway) we watched the next family hustle in behind us. I am posting this now because there are things that I wish I would have had more clearly explained. Now that we ve settled in, I don t recommend the staff here and I think the biggest purchase of your life deserves to be treated with respect and human interaction and not like you are a walking dollar sign until the next one come in. Plus the office is incredible poorly located and also very unpleasant to navigate inside.
