Before we went we read many bad reviews about the hygiene. Still gone with good cheer, with in mind: if necessary, we ask for an extra cleaning. Arrived at the cottage, an air freshener scent came towards us. The cottage was super dated and dirty. The first cupboard was spinning, the second cupboard came to drain the walls. This would be our first family holiday with our 9 month old son. Our son is fully climbing and discovering, this could not be safe in this house, while it had to be a baby friendly house. It seemed as if a bed + chair had been taken from another house and put in this house. It would be a 4 person house + baby and 2 dogs. With his 2nd you would not last 24 hours, you are so small and troubled. When we wanted to go to the front desk for our complaint, the front desk was full of people waving their hands. We have handed in our keys and went home again. Day first vacation as a family! However, we have been given a good answer by CenterParcs customer service and we have received a refund. But never again!
