They don't care about customer complaints.. they also okay with charging extra for "better seats" but allow other customer to take up thier seat and some of yours. You let a security officer know they tell you oh sorry csnt do anything for ya. So then your stock standing the whole show. We told 3 managers of how awful this experience was and the fact we drove an hour and a half just to get here for that experience. We spent $120 on tickets and they just brushed it under a rug.
