I bought a Marshall Woburn speaker for 500 euros, broken down after 18 days. The repair after more than 1 month was still not carried out by Marshall. In this sense, I wanted to thank Fabrice, service manager Boulanger Villeneuve d'Ascq who took things in hand and exchanged the product. I thank him all the more since Boulanger is not at fault in this abnormally long period, and that Boulanger has taken from his stock of new products. I invite them to turn against Marshall who has a needy after-sales service for a high-end brand.
