Waited a year and a 1/2 to have my grandson seen. Then multiple calls to have him have the right paperwork from his doctor sent over to them so that insurance would be correct. 6 days prior to the appointment A young lady calls and leaves a message on my phone, his appointment has been canceled because I did not fill out the appropriate paperwork in the packet that they sent me. Was a full time job that gets kind of difficult. I will no longer promote this organization nor will I refer clients to this organization.
