AN HORROR! FRUSTRATING!
Its Web page, with good design, offers infinite expectations THAT IN ABSOLUTE MEETS.
The user, in tracking and claiming a delivery, loses an infinite time trying to circumvent the loop with no recordings of "little machines".
The 24-hour telephone service, including holidays, which offer, in addition to being very expensive, turns out to be an intermediary, of personal attention, very friendly, but that redirects to another little machine with limited hours !!!
When, bypassing "mechanisms", trying all the options, one can talk to a "person", it can be very friendly at the same time as ineffective in solving the problem, but it can also be absolutely rude in its treatment, inadmissible, with the client.
I have had both experiences and I am sorry to say that in the inadmissible, it was a young lady.
