I tried out Serenity last year when I had gotten frustrated that nothing was working on my Melasma. They had the newest treatment, PicoSure, and after a consultation I signed up for 3 treatments over the next 6 months. Orginally, I went for the Melasma on my forehead but I had no idea it would also benefit my acne scars and other dark spots. I started noticing results after the 2nd treatment and then really saw a difference when I hit the 6 month mark from my first treatment. It's now been 9 months since my first treatment and I could not be happier with the results!! I wish I could post a before after picture to this review! My forehead Melasma has lightened and I did not notice how many dark spots I had on the rest of my face until I revisited my before picture...they are all completely gone now. My acne scars have also faded and my skin has a new glow! For the first time in my teenage/adult life I feel confident without makeup. I will definitely be back for maintenance and I highly recommend PicoSure and Serenity!
