Very shady company. I ve called multiple times to tell them our security system isn t working. They put me on hold and never come back. Stopped sending me bills 6 months ago but still take money out of my account every month. Been calling to cancel and I get put on hold again or a message machine. Will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint.
