I purchased a 2013 ATS 2.0T Performance in Decembe...

I purchased a 2013 ATS 2.0T Performance in December 2013, and could not be more pleased with the car and the purchase experience. I quite literally test-drove it in the morning and came back in the afternoon to finalize the deal. The showroom is spectacular, the staff is friendly and my sales representative, Jean Benedict, was wonderful in every respect. I never dreamed purchasing a new car could be so hassle-free and pleasant.

It's very obvious that Moore aims to please and I'll recommend them to anyone I know in the market for a Cadillac in the northern Virginia area.

I love Moore Cadillac. They do a great job and really took care of the things I needed to have looked at which included 3 recalls and a vibration in the rear deck, which they fixed under warranty. The only downside was there was a dirty smudge on the driver's seat and the plastic aftermarket floor mat was improperly jammed up under the driver's seat. Not a big deal in the scheme of things and all that they looked at on the car, free or covered under warranty, and I didn't notice when I drove away (it was getting dark), so my bad as well. Still, one expects a clean interior and all to be in order.

** Update to the recall post above - Moore Cadillac presented me with a $100 coupon for labor, goods or services at their dealership after finding out about the smudge on the seat, which came off with a little saddle soap. Excellent customer service.
