I was amazed with the service during my bridal appointment this past weekend. Not only did I have an attentive and helpful consultant, Shelly, but one of the managers, Tammy, popped in and out to help with dress selections, and the seamstress, Ruth, came in at the end of the appointment with her sizing recommendations. They were always conscious of my privacy, catered to my tastes, and never made me feel like I was being too picky. The ups and downs of planning a wedding can be so overwhelming and I think every bride has high expectations for their gown selection and appointment. They completely exceeded mine. All the attention to detail, the kindness and service....I can see why Vera s has been around so long and why they have such an excellent reputation. I found my gown and it was not only a joyful experience, but painless. Thank you
