Amazing collection of plants and herbs. Spent a whole day here, and we only visited half of the Garden. Must check out the Prince of Wales Conservatory and the treetop walk, both are amazing experiences to explore botany. The Kew Palace is a nice place to understand the history of this previous royal garden too (entrance fee included in the ticket).
