While a trip to the ER is never great and the waits are long unless you're dying essentially (fair enough, not going to complain about a stroke victim being taking over me and my non-life threatening issue), the overall experience with the staff here has been above and beyond expectation.
I won't lie - you will likely wait a long time but once you get past the front desk staff (who are pleasant enough in both my experiences) the nursing staff and doctors are all very nice and seem to care.
Unfortunately I have been twice since June (once as a patient, once with someone) but the overall experience with the staff and hospital overall was better than I would expect so 4 Stars all the way and will use this hospital in the future (hopefully not the ER though!)
