Pathetic - One of the worst MVC of NJ.... first of all the staff is very rude, secondly they follow their own rules rather than agency defined.
Had appointment for renewal, I already had real Id and they sent me back that I took wrong appointment while that was totally non-sense as renewals appointment scheduling is same for normal & real Id. Secondly as per them they do not take real Id after 2 PM which is listed no where and not true..

My spouse took the same appointment and got this renewal done at other MVC without any hiccup that too after 2 PM and same appointment scheduling...
