Okay, this review may not go down well with some, but it's my honest opinion. Feel free to disagree. Having been to places like Yauatcha and Hakkasan, I'm pretty much firmly decided that I don't like these "high-end" canto/dim sum places.
The food is good, but overpriced. If you want an authentic dim sum experience for a reasonable price, please go to China town. If you like the pretentious surroundings, eating in the dark with (from my experience here) poor service and like paying too much for your food, come here.
More on the service: the serving staff here (who were all European) just seem dis-interested. They bring over the food, mumble some description of it that is not comprehensible, and then drop the plate on your table. That's not good customer service for the price you're paying. We had to wait over 15 minutes for a pot of tea. Our server spoke barely understandable English. When paying for our bill, the server took my card and handed it back to me without so much of a thank you or acknowledgement, as if he was somehow doing us a favour by taking our payment - I don't expect much but I do expect basic manners.
Places like this serve a particular market, understand. I think that's fine, each to their own, but your offering comes as a package: for the high price you expect excellent food and good service. I'm afraid, on my last visit here, I received neither.
