About three months after moving into my apartment I noticed mold growing around each window of my apartment. The air conditioner constantly breaks down, doors are falling off the tracks and half of the outlets work in the kitchen don't work. There are numerous of other repairs that need to be completed but have been put off for the past year up until I told her I was moving. Then the manager Stacey Ladd began to argue with me and falsified documents trying to force me to pay for a 60-day termination notice. I've been trying to reach her supervisor Erin Parker for over a week now through voice messages and emails which have been unsuccessful. For the amount of rent they charge this has to be a joke rent from anyone other than them.
