VIP Fitness is more than a personal training service. The trainers help you in every aspect of fitness and beyond. I have trained with Phaedra and Brain but most recently, Michael.

Every package at VIP Fitness is personalized. The trainers will come up with a meal plan with foods that you like to eat and a workout schedule based on how many days/hours you can realistically spend in the gym. If you can only work out three days in the gym, they will figure out a plan for you. My meal plan was not restrictive in the slightest. I got to eat out three times a week! I could eat sushi, greek food and steak three times a week. Does that sound like a diet to you?

In a matter of a few months, I lost inches where I wanted (stomach, arms), gained muscle where I wanted (thighs, booty) but most importantly I learned how to push through my fitness plateaus. I stopped binge eating, I starting going to the gym 6 days a week and I adopted a new mindset where I was in control.

Lastly, there are three trainers to fit your training needs. Phaedra focuses more on booty building and circuits; Brian does a lot of plyometrics and endurance training and Michael focuses on strength training and mass building. I highly suggest you try all three and so will the trainers themselves! VIP Fitness would be my recommendation if you want to lose fat, build muscle, have better endurance or are in a plateau, like I was. VIP Fitness will help you reach your fitness goals.
