The entire process was smooth and hassle free. While they were booked out pretty far, they communicated the expected time frame from the beginning, everything happened when expected, and once it was time to schedule installation the first thing they offered was an open spot due to a cancellation. Everyone I worked with during the process was friendly and informed.
