The most incompetent and unprepared operation I have ever dealt with. They were completely unable to provide a comprehensive list of documents required and kept asking for more and more. They had typos in the requests they sent the IRS, could not get a deal done in 6 weeks.

If they do they are hoping to be in the mortgage business for a living, it will probably not work out for them. They should get another gig, maybe flipping burgers...
