Bought gas fireplace by Alfa Olis a year ago. From day one, the gas leaked. They have tried to repair about 10 times, but the fireplace is leaking.
They have made two reports that the fireplace is fine and not leaking gas.
I canceled the purchase last spring, but they refuse to remove the fireplace or repair it so it stops leaking gas.
Instead, they charge for the life-threatening fireplace, with no inspection and completion report.
Finally bought gas meter for advice from the fire department, and it broke out after a few minutes. (3/13/2020). Alfa Olis still refuses to repair.
