went to asbury park with my wife today for the 1st...

went to asbury park with my wife today for the 1st time since 1983. wanted to support the shore. stopped at the stone pony and asked about shirts. we were allowed inside to buy shirts and after our purchase which exceeded 50.00 we asked to use the rest room. the woman that sold us the shirts said in a VERY FIRM tone...NO. i thought it was a little out of line considering....we WERE going to go to the concert (which would have been an additional 70+ dollars) but decided not to after that experience. there was a nice woman worker there did offer to take a pic of us in the bar which she did for us.
