My husband and I have purchased several cars from BMW Seattle over the years, most recently just two weeks ago. We had an excellent experience. First, we felt very safe--all COVID protocols were followed scrupulously. Second, our client advisor, Benson Yim was very helpful, well-informed, responded to our email requests for additional information promptly, but did not pressure us. When it was time to make a purchase, he treated us fairly in making an offer. BMW definitely takes care of its returning customers. Finally, our finance manager, Rachel O'Sullivan moved us quickly through the final paperwork, and presented the options for "extras" (extended warranty, etc.) clearly but without being pushy. We highly recommend BMW Seattle, and we love our new car.
