Hamad was very personable and knowledgeable-it felt like talking to an old friend. I still haven't made a decision but there was no pressure. I truly believe he cared about me receiving quality service at an affordable price. He was open to all questions and I was encouraged to reach out to him personally for any further inquiries. I am strongly considering John Moore to install my new AC system.
