After some google searches and research on structural architecture companies, I reached out to AS Construction mainly due to their positive reviews.

I initially instructed AS Construction to draw up a plan for an attic conversion, single story rear extension and internal work (removal of chimney and load bearing wall). Amir had drawn up the plans and submitted them for approval with the building regulators/inspectors. He clearly articulated each stage of the process and provided tips on my project.

Once the work had started, I added a porch and outbuilding/shed to the plan. Amir made the changes very quickly and acted as the interface between my contractors and the building inspector to ensure the additions were taken onboard so that all parties had the same understanding.

Amir also took care of the Thames Water agreement which was a pleasure and much needed. Other architects would not submit plans or work with 3rd parties as per my research.

Amir s plans were also highly regarded by different parties in my project. The steel supplier said and I quote it is refreshing to see such a detailed plan. We don t get many of them these days! .

Amir is incredibly knowledgeable and proficient in his field. I would highly recommend AS construction.
