We had a voucher for a free neuter for our dog Groot. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The young lady (i'm sorry i don't remember her name(she has red hair)) that handled Groot was awesome. She talked to him and made him feel loved. When we returned to pick him up she brought him out. He looked so scared but she hugged on him and made him feel better.
All the ladies at Kitties and Kanines deserve a special thank you. Customer service was a 10.
